Objectives

Go to the Maw, and attract the Eye of the Jailer until you find an Upper Reaches Key on one of the Jailer's assassins.

Description

I see Thrall. But... the path to him is sealed.

You must find the key.

The task ahead is fraught with peril. You must journey to the Maw, and deliberately invoke the Eye of the Jailer to fall upon you. Tempt fate until his strongest assassins strike.

One of them will possess the key we need.

Rewards

You will receive:

• 25 74
• 9,450 XP

Progress

When the Eye of the Jailer is at its most threatening, you will find the one which possesses the key.

Completion

The risk you took was worth it, <name>.

This key should provide access to Upper Reaches of the Jailer's Tower.

Notes

Get to the third tier by doing daily quests, killing rares/elites, looting chests, and otherwise completing other objectives.

Upon reaching level three, Assassins, level 60 humanoids with a handful of abilities, will spawn following some telegraphs:

You are being hunted.

 Hunted — You are being hunted. An assassin will strike when you next enter combat. Undispellable debuff

The next time the player enters combat, an Assassin will spawn and aggro on the player:

The Jailer says: The end is upon you.

Defeat it for the  [Upper Reaches Key].
