She never much cared for Khadgar, her dislike turning to loathing when the boy left the Kirin Tor after studying the forbidden magic of the fel.

Shendra was a member of the Council of Six during Khadgar's training, and was present in the Chamber of Air when Khadgar burst in seeking the Council's help. She did not appear to be in favor of aiding the youth, skeptical of his claims that the Guardian Medivh had been corrupted.
