Shandris's Scouting Report is given upon accepting  [70] Call of the Dream, if you have previously completed  [70] Raise the Alarm on at least one character.

Notes

• This item is provided even if your current character has completed the Coalition of Flame storyline.
• It may be safely discarded if you have already completed those quests, or if you do not wish to skip them.
