Speculation

This article or section includes speculation, observations or opinions possibly supported by lore or by Blizzard officials. It should not be taken as representing official lore.

It's not specified what exactly the term refers to, but like in the main universe, it may refer to the seven human kingdoms - Stormwind, Lordaeron, Kul Tiras, Dalaran, Gilneas, Alterac, and Stromgarde. Alternatively, judging the way Llane Wrynn stated it, the Seven Kingdoms may be the name of the continent where the human, dwarven and elven kingdoms are located instead of it being a collective name for the human kingdoms. It would be the equivalent of the Eastern Kingdoms.
