FiRST!111

Hey everyone. If there's any discussion on anything to do with the Guild Progression page, post away here!

For now, please check the Boss Order section at the bottom of the page when making an edit, and be sure to list Optional Bosses alongside required ones in a consistant format - eg, for a Guild that has killed Skeram and the Royal Trio, they would not be listed as at "Royal Trio", but as "The Prophet Skeram (L)" - Bracketed characters represent Optional Bosses. --Gonzie 18:18, 22 September 2006 (EDT)

Setting up the tables by faction like on the Zul'jin progression if noone minds! Make editing easier and nice ordering.

I like the change =D --Gonzie 04:03, 14 October 2006 (EDT)

Templatization

As you can see by looking at the page's code, it's been heavily templatized. It is much easier to read now, and should be easier for groups to edit their progression. If anyone has any comments, suggestions, or would like to know more about how this works, please feel free to let me know.

Incidentally, any of the servers can use the templatized code as-is. Rexxar just happened to have the prettiest guild progression that I've seen (and it's the server I use), so it seemed like a good place to throw out some templates to make it more legible. Bmhca

It's very very nice! Only thing thats weird is the naxx header which I cant seem to get fixed in the header template.

What's showing up wrong with the Naxx header? Or did you get it fixed? 8) Bmhca

You dont see how the extra spacing where it says Guild - Spider WIng - Abomination Wing, etc? And the background color is funky in IE (like anyone should be using IE)
--Tsikura 17:53, 15 October 2006 (EDT)
Oh - IE. Unfortunately I'm on a Mac, so I can't see what needs to be fixed. Everything looks fine for me in Firefox & Safari, but I can only imagine what it would be like in IE. The page that would have the formatting for the heading would be Template:Guildprogress_naxx_header. In theory, the formatting should be identical to what it was before, but apparently not. I imagine it's related to the long headers wrapping, but I have no idea.

Its fine on Firefox now, someone fixed the spacing I was talking about. God I hate IE6...I wonder if IE7 has the black background but I doubt it since it should render things better.

Disbanded Guilds

Should we removed a guild that has disbanded?

Ka Tet is no more.

Also, Ghosts in the Machine has cleared Mag's and VR (in TK) and maybe more. I guess it's up to them to keep things up-to-date? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ozweepay43421 (talk · contr).

ZA changes

Someone (thanks!) added ZA under the Kara topic. Unf, it's a mess right now.

I made some more edits to partly clean up, but there is more that needs to be done. I'll do it later if I have time... or someone else can?! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ozweepay43421 (talk · contr).

Heroic Magisters?

Why is heroic Magisters' Terrace being included in guild progression? It's a difficult 5-man certainly, but it's not a raid. —Thorn 20:47, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, that certainly isn't needed. I guess we'll have to create a template just for Rexxar use. Magisters Terrace is a joke. --Tsikura 23:14, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
