The Seer of Zeb'Halak is a statue located in Zeb'Halak a village located south of Drak'Tharon Keep in the Grizzly Hills.[15.3, 35.7] It is found on top of the ziggurat[1][17.9, 36.5] In one of its eye sockets are the 
[Eye of the Prophets], acquiring which is the quest objective of 
[15-30] Sacrifices Must be Made.
