Scroll of the Blade is obtained when deciphering mage scrolls with a 
[Comprehension Charm].
It will transform a 
[Hypnotic Blade] into a 
[Narpas Sword]. This is only usable on a blade in the Mage's inventory, and cannot be used on another player's weapon through the Trade window.
