Scarlet Disguise is provided by Lilian Voss for   [50-70] The Scarlet Spy. It was originally  [Hawlsey's Armor]. Using it changes the reaction of the Scarlet Crusaders (and other NPCs and mobs across Silverpine) on Fenris Isle to friendly.
