Captain Saynna Stormrunner is a night elf quest giver associated with the Guardians of Hyjal within the Hyjal Barrow Dens in Mount Hyjal. She is the leader of the Shadow Wardens and guards a delirious Fandral Staghelm.
After the escape of Fandral, Saynna assists Malfurion Stormrage in opening a portal to the Firelands atop Nordune Ridge. She also helps fights off Ragnaros's minions at the Sanctuary of Malorne while Malfurion summons the spirit of Malorne to help save the sanctuary. Once secure, Saynna remains at the Sanctuary until her Shadow Wardens are recruited to join the effort in the Molten Front. Inviting her and the Shadow Wardens to the Molten Front will unlock daily quests of the Shadow Wardens.
Abilities
Fan of Knives — Instantly whirl around, releasing a spray of throwing knives at all targets within 15 yards.
Shadow Strike — Hurls a poisoned dagger which deals large initial damage, and then deals damage over time. The poisoned unit has its movement rate slowed for a short duration.
Shadowstep — Attempts to step through the shadows and reappear behind your enemy.
