Sanketsu was a blade belonging to the Burning Blade clan and last used by Azuka Bladefury. When she was killed the blade could be taken to the garrison to repurpose raising a follower's weapon item level to 655. Several runes are etched along the blade.

Trivia
- Sanketsu (三血) is Japanese for "three blood," indicating that Sanketsu was the "thrice-bloodied blade" wielded by Azuka's father, Warlord Dharl.
