Sand Vortex (Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj)

Sand Vortex are tornadoes located in the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj. They are summoned by Ossirian the Unscarred. They deal damage on contact, and can be tracked as they are elementals.

Abilities

Harsh Winds — Harsh winds buffet the enemy, dealing Physical damage, preventing spellcasting, and slowing movement speed by 85%.
