Objectives
Use the Scroll of Dark Empowerment to conjure a Command Table.

- Speak with Tactician Sakaa.
Description
We got a Scroll of Dark Empowerment ready for youz that should manifest a scouting map for you. Not just any map, but one of 'em magic ones that lets you issue orders from afar.
Tactician Sakaa insisted she be your wing for that one. Never much trusted 'em wings as they ain't too kind to us dredgers but put 'em in charge of war and even Maldraxxus flinches.
