- Use: Blend into the shadows for 1 sec and summon a Salyin Warscout. The Warscout will draw the attention of nearby monsters and run into the distance. Only effective in Pandaria. (10 Min Cooldown)

Salyin Battle Banner has a chance to drop from the pandarian champion Salyin Warscout in Valley of the Four Winds. It is also sold by Horos on the Timeless Isle for 4,950 
during Pandaria Remix.
Patch changes
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19):
- Officially a toy and can be found in the toy box.
- Now only works on Pandaria; Tooltip updated to reflect this.
Hotfix (2013-09-03): The Salyin Battle Banner can no longer be used inside of raid instances. The item can still be used in regular dungeons, Scenarios, and in non-instanced areas. - Patch 5.2.0 (2013-03-05): 'Can only be used outdoors in Pandaria.' use requirement removed.
