Find the Groddoc Infant in the Feral Scar Vale cave in Feralas and give it either  [Soft Banana Bread] or  [Tel'Abim Banana] to get it to follow. Escort it to the Groddoc Matriarch in the High Wilderness within 10 minutes (making sure to defend it from hostile creatures) to get the rune.
