Kill orcs at Blackrock Stronghold in the Burning Steppes until the  Rhythm of War buff appears. With the buff, approach the Altar of Reverence^[39, 27] behind the stronghold and use /salute to spawn the Revered Champion. Defeat it to obtain the   [60] Legacy of Valor quest, which awards the rune.
