Loot a 
[Desiccated Seed Pod] from any centaur in Kolkar Village, and bring it to any body of water to turn it into a 
[Satyrweed Bulb]. Find a patch of Sandy Loam near Sargeron in Desolace, then plant the bulb to create Blooming Satyrweed. Interact with it to obtain the Rune.
