Go to the Yorgen Farmstead in Duskwood and [Pick Pocket] Defias Enchanters, Night Blades, and Night Runners to get the  [Engraved Gold Ring]. Go to the Tranquil Gardens Cemetery and lockpick the Offering Box in the chapel to get the  [Engraved Silver Ring]. Equip both rings, then /kneel in front of the statue in the Raven Hill Cemetery at ^{[19.9, 45.5]} to get the Rune.
