Rune of Shelling teaches the [Improved Volley] rune for cloaks.

Obtain a  [Busted Gizmo] from mobs in Silithus, and bring it to Edwi Copperbolt at the Bronzebeard Encampment to obtain  [Desert Sonar]. Go to the area east of Hive'Zora and look for where the ground is rumbling. Use the Desert Sonar at that location and a Sandworm will appear; kill it to loot the rune.
