Rook's Tacklebox is found at [64.9, 13.3] next to an abandoned tent near the waterfall southeast of Frostwolf Overlook in northeastern Talador. Look for the big pool where five streams all merge together, before the big drop down below the bridge. Loot the tacklebox for 
[Rook's Lucky Fishin' Line] and roughly 6
.
Tracking quest
To check whether Rook's Tacklebox has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:

If a "true" appears in the chat window, Rook's Tacklebox has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
