- To fill up the bar, disable Legion Structures and Legion Barracks, revive Injured Dreamrunners, close Legion Portals, and kill: Legion Vanguards, Eredar Felweavers, Felclaw Fiends, Felblade Warriors, Macabre Scavengers, and Eredar Blood Mages.
