Raining Blood is a powerful Enhancement granted by Xaril the Poisoned Mind at Klaxxi'vess in the Dread Wastes. The buff remains on the adventurer while in the Dread Wastes and will last until cancelled.

Notes

After 5 stacks are applied to the target, it explodes dealing massive damage and stunning nearby enemies. Enemies that become stunned have their stacking debuff removed.
Even though it is not an attack, the Hunter's [Beast Lore] ability will trigger Raining Blood. This is possibly because Raining Blood categorizes it as a debuff.
