Purified Kor Gem was the objective of the quest 
[22D] Seeking the Kor Gem. The quest was given by Thundris Windweaver in Auberdine. A 
[Corrupted Kor Gem] had to be obtained from the naga in Blackfathom Deeps and be returned to Thundris for purification.

Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Removed.
