The sinstone of Prophet Kheva is found in Revendreth, in the southwestern part of the Halls of Atonement among the crypts, right next to a dredger named Chiselgrump.[69.61, 53.41]

Prophet Kheva
When the forces of the Burning Legion first set foot on her world, the Prophet Kheva had the opportunity to rally her peoples against this threat.
Instead she gave in, choosing the promise of power over her people's freedom.
Her greed costs thousands the price of their souls. Yet she looked upon her decision with pride, and reveled in her newfound power.
For her loyalty, it was her people that burned last -- along with the rest of her world.
Greed. Pride. Both must be expunged, and a lesson in abject humility taught.
