Obtain 
[Primal Insight] from Thistlefur Shaman or Totemics in Thistlefur Village in Ashenvale. Climb up a tree north of the village at [38, 29] and walk out on the branches to the dreamcatcher hanging on a nearby tree. Use the Primal Insight at this location to receive the Prophecy.
