Prismatic Bauble is sold by The Mad Merchant at The Wonderworks in Dalaran for 250,000.

During Pride Month, the cooldown is reduced to just 60 seconds instead of the normal 120 seconds (2 minutes) and it can also be purchased from Jepetto Joybuzz and Clockwork Assistant at the low low price of 200,000.
