The Power Terminal: Maker's Rise is located within the Vault of Lights in the Halls of Origination during 
[50] The Halls of Origination. Initially unpowered, the two Power Consoles found near the Power Terminal: Defense Matrix, will allow rerouting of the power, in order to get the lift moving again.

<This terminal controls the power to the lift in the Maker's Rise.
Two pillars flank the terminal topped by orbs of power.
It looks like diverting power into both orbs will activate the lift.>
