This item is found in Blacksmithing Plans on the floor in the Scarlet Bastion in Stratholme.

The subject of this section has been removed from World of Warcraft but is present in Classic Era.

Opening the Blacksmithing Plans spawns a Crimson Hammersmith. Killing the hammersmith is an objective of   [60D] Sweet Serenity, the quest that grants the hammersmithing subspecialty.
