Phlogiston Elixir

This draught is composed of phlogiston gas mixed with rare herbs and minerals. Consuming the elixir will increase and decrease the effectiveness of some of your abilities. A phlogiston elixir is almost as unstable as the pure substance. After a number of days, the elixir starts to break down, turning the elixir into an ingested poison.
