The Pearl of the Abyss is a placeholder toy that didn't appear in the live game, as confirmed by Jeremy Feasel on Twitter.[1] This was further confirmed by Russ Petersen, who added that he was "not sure why it was mentioned in the hotfix notes".[2]
Patch changes
Hotfix (2019-09-20): The Pearl of Abyss can now be obtained. - Patch 8.2.0 (2019-06-25): Added.
