Hotfix (2021-03-09): Fixed an issue where Painbreaker Psalm would generate Insanity when the legendary was not equipped. - Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09):
- Painbreaker Psalm generates up to 30 Insanity (was 20) and now functions with
