Overcharge is an Arcane mage artifact trait gained from  [Aluneth]. This is a hidden trait that does not appear in either your spellbook or the artifact traits pane.

The buff is gained when standing near arcane energy sources in the Broken Isles, and stacks up to 30 minutes.
