Oslow's Toolbox is looted from the Sunken Chest at the bottom of Lake Everstill in the Redridge Mountains. The chest can be found just south of the largest Murloc camp on the shore, in the middle of a cluster of boulders next to a sunken rowboat surrounded by murlocs around levels 19 and 20.
