One Hump or Two? is a collections achievement earned for obtaining a camel mount that only has one hump. Camel mounts were introduced in the third expansion for World of Warcraft, Cataclysm.
Two of the Camel mounts are reputation rewards from the mighty Tol'vir faction within Uldum, the Ramkahen, while the Third drops from Dormus the Camel-Hoarder, a rare mob who can only be seen by those who touch the Mysterious Camel Figurine.
