Ominous Altar
The Ominous Altar can be found in a cave hidden beneath the Stormsong Monastery in Boralus. The words that must be spoken can be found in damp scrolls hidden throughout the monastery.

The voice now echoes your own. You feel it seeking an answer, because you seek it as well.

- Answering that question will prompt a pop-up box asking to proceed. Accepting will cause the adventurer to be whisked away to the southernmost part of Tiragarde Sound, off the coast, under water. It is here in the Great Sea that the
[Gem of Acquiescence] is found.
