Omarion's Notes - Pages 9 & 10 is looted from a Lost Page on top of the door at ^[57, 67] in the second room in the Construct Quarter in Naxxramas. The Grapple Point can easily be reached from the platform path to Gluth after defeating Grobbulus, but before entering the pipe. Handing this item in to Master Craftsman Omarion at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will add  [Pattern: Polar Bracers] and  [Pattern: Polar Footwarmers] to his shop.

This is one of the criteria of  [Putting Wilhelm Out of Business], which requires the  [Wards of the Dread Citadel] achievement and finding and turning in  [Omarion's Second Handbook].
