Omarion's Notes - Pages 7 & 8 is looted from a Lost Page at [73, 12] in Maexxna's Nest in Naxxramas. The Grapple Point can be found above the entrance to the area — stand on the solid brick in the spider web at [67, 18] to see it. Handing this item in to Master Craftsman Omarion at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will add 
[Pattern: Glacial Gloves] and [Pattern: Glacial Chapeau] to his shop.
This is one of the criteria of 
[Putting Wilhelm Out of Business], which requires the 
[Wards of the Dread Citadel] achievement and finding and turning in [Omarion's Second Handbook].
