Omarion's Notes - Pages 29 & 30 is looted from a Lost Page at [53, 40] on a ledge in the stables of the Military Quarter in Naxxramas. At the entrance to Instructor Razuvious' arena, turn around to the north and grapple up to [43, 35] then follow the ledge clockwise all the way around to the southeast. Handing this item in to Master Craftsman Omarion at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will add 
[Plans: Icebane Waistguard] and [Plans: Icebane Breastplate] to his shop.
This is one of the criteria of 
[Putting Wilhelm Out of Business], which requires the 
[Wards of the Dread Citadel] achievement and finding and turning in [Omarion's Second Handbook].
