Omarion's Notes - Pages 23 & 24 is looted from a Lost Page at ^[37, 63] on Noth the Plaguebringer's balcony in the Plague Quarter in Naxxramas. The fastest way there is via the Outer Ring of the Military Quarter at ^[65, 72] between Gothik the Harvester and the Four Horsemen. Handing this item in to Master Craftsman Omarion at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will add  [Pattern: Icy Scale Gauntlets] and  [Pattern: Icy Scale Crown] to his shop.

This is one of the criteria of  [Putting Wilhelm Out of Business], which requires the  [Wards of the Dread Citadel] achievement and finding and turning in  [Omarion's Second Handbook].
