Omarion's Notes - Pages 1 & 2 is looted from a Lost Page at [70, 22] in the slime of the Outer Ring, found between the Arachnid Quarter and the Construct Quarter in Naxxramas. Jump in the slime and swim straight down to spot it. Handing this item in to Master Craftsman Omarion at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will add 
[Pattern: Glacial Wrists] and [Pattern: Glacial Footwear] to his shop.
This is one of the criteria of 
[Putting Wilhelm Out of Business], which requires the 
[Wards of the Dread Citadel] achievement and finding and turning in [Omarion's Second Handbook].
