Lost Page in the center on the red part of the meat wagon

Omarion's Notes - Pages 17 & 18 is looted from a Lost Page at ^[39, 29] on a parked meat wagon on the left when entering the Plague Quarter in Naxxramas. Handing this item in to Master Craftsman Omarion at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will add  [Pattern: Icy Scale Bracers] and  [Pattern: Icy Scale Stompers] to his shop.

This is one of the criteria of  [Putting Wilhelm Out of Business], which requires the  [Wards of the Dread Citadel] achievement and finding and turning in  [Omarion's Second Handbook].
