Omarion's Notes - Pages 13 & 14 is looted from a Lost Page at ^[53, 40]on a pipe above the entrance to Grobbulus's hall in the Construct Quarter in Naxxramas. The first Grapple Point can be reached from the hole in the pipe leading to Gluth's lair to the next pipe south, then solve the pipe-and-grapple puzzle heading north. Handing this item in to Master Craftsman Omarion at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will add  [Pattern: Polar Belt] and  [Pattern: Polar Tunic] to his shop.

This is one of the criteria of  [Putting Wilhelm Out of Business], which requires the  [Wards of the Dread Citadel] achievement and finding and turning in  [Omarion's Second Handbook].
