- Use: Allows you to detect recent users of Cult of the Damned necromancy. (30 Sec Cooldown)
The Oculus of the Exorcist is provided by Vindicator Yaala for 
[10-30] The Hunt is On in the Borean Tundra. On use, it applies the following buff:
Righteous Vision — Detecting Cult of the Damned necromancy. 30 second duration.
For the buff's duration, the user is able to see a dark purple aura on members of the Cult of the Damned.
