- Plague Deviser Marileth says: It seems the area surrounding our necropolis has been affected by caustic substances. Time to gather some samples!

Notes
- Location: House of Plagues, Maldraxxus.
- Use Transport Pad at [59.8, 71.2] to reach the area if flying is not yet unlocked.
- For the reclaim version, also loot
[Plague Sample] from Unbroken Plague Samples and kill Slime Giants.
