[Fishing Net] while near a School of Northern Salmon.
Schools of Northern Salmon can be found along the Eastwind Shore.
The Fishing Net is used upon a School of Northern Salmon in the same way that [Draenei Fishing Net] is used on School of Red Snapper. Be close to the school, use the net.

6 must be obtained to complete the quest.
