Northern Barrens Quests is a horde-only quest achievement earned for completing specific storylines in Northern Barrens. Horde-only requirement for the meta-achievement 
[Loremaster of Kalimdor].

- Ratchet — after completing [5-30] Gazlowe's Fortune
- Nozzlepot's Outpost — after completing [5-30] The Short Way Home
- Inspiration and Hope — after completing [5-30] Mor'shan Caravan Delivery
