Party members may use the post to transform their mounts into Warforged Nightmares for 20 min. (3 Min Cooldown)
The Nightmarish Hitching Post can be used by owners of a Warforged Nightmare every three minutes, which summons a hitching post only visible to party members. Interacting with it will apply the 
[Nightmarish Reins] buff, which temporarily transforms the user's mount into a Warforged Nightmare, with the cast time of a regular mount. The buff lasts for total of 20 online minutes.
With The Hallow's End Pack on 17 October 2023, this toy (along with the mount) was available at a discounted price with other items and is no longer available for purchase since after 31 October 2023.[1]
Players are mailed this item by The Forgotten Smith after purchasing the 
[Warforged Nightmare] from the shop or the In-Game Store:
