Mystic Water Fonts can be found at the Growthworks in Ardenweald. Drinking from one will grant you a stacking buff for 20 seconds:
Refreshed — Causes the caster to inflict 3% increased Physical damage.
Each use of a Mystic Water Font gives you up to 5 stacks of Refreshed. Having more than 5 stacks makes your stomach 
Uneasy until Refreshed wears off. Though this has no negative effect in itself, it serves as a warning: Attempting to go above 10 stacks will immediately purge the buff and give you 
Anima Sickness, which prevents you from drinking any more mystic water for 5 minutes.
