Mysteriously Thrumming Orbs are sold by Ve'nari for 250x 
[Stygia] at her refuge in the Maw. They are used for stygia storage - purchase one for 250 Stygia and open it later for 250 Stygia. This is insurance against deaths in the Maw - should players not recover their corpses they will lose half the stygia they had on them at the time of their death.
