The Moss-Twined Heart drops from Blackmoss the Fetid at Wellspring River in Teldrassil.

The heart was wooden, and the moss reeked of corruption. When Rexxar visited Teldrassil, he saw it and likened it to the corruption once rooted in Teldrassil by Fandral Staghelm. The sickness of the heart could have been cured by Denalan, but he perished in the Burning of Teldrassil.
