Minute Glass is a toy rewarded from the quest 
[60-70] A Foreseeable Friendship. The quest is granted by Soridormi after reaching the "Future Friend" friendship rank (2/5) with her.
Upon use, it shows the vehicle bar with six options, to summon the hourglass for one minute, two minutes, five minutes, ten minutes thirty minutes, and one hour. Choosing an option will summon an hourglass in front of the character, with a circular timer visually counting down through to the selected time.
Right-clicking the hourglass buff on the buff bar will cause the hourglass to disappear early.
